#01: Initial telephone consultation
In the first step, we clarify all questions with you free of charge and without obligation and explain the further procedure, which we discuss in detail at this stage.

As soon as you have commissioned us in writing and sent us all the necessary documents, we will begin our work.
#03: Joint site visit
Once we have received your written order confirmation and all the necessary documents, we will arrange an initial on-site appointment with you. During this appointment, we will inspect the condition of your property, record all the essential details and document them carefully – both in writing and photographically.
